Introduction to Haiyan

Xiang Haiyan inhabits the national AAAA-level wetland to the shore of Haiyan Duck Lake. The predecessor of "Xiang Haiyan" is Hongyan. After nine years of purification and rejuvenation under the support of experts from the breeding center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, it has become a new genetically stable variety and has a national invention patent. It is currently the largest wild geese artificial domestication breeding base in China. It is a unique domestication method: “no fence, no net cover, free flight, free foraging, free return to the nest, return to the original living state of wild animals”, providing real for the society. It has achieved the highest level of artificial domestication and breeding of wild animals, and is the best example of the rational development and utilization policies of wild animals in China.

Due to the cold climatic conditions, the down to the sea geese has the characteristics of high cashmere, large velvet, less impurities, good hand feeling and high bulkiness. The output is also very rare, with a very high value, known as the "soft gold" in the down.
